Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1
Go to Asset Tags
To begin, click 'Databases' on the left sidebar, then go to 'Asset Tags'.
Step 2
Click 'Add Asset Tag'
In the top right of the Asset Tags page, click the 'Add Asset Tag' button.
Step 3
Enter Tag Reference
In the aside that then opens, enter the reference for the tag you wish to add.
Step 4
Assign To: Option 1 - User
Now select what you'd like to assign this Asset Tag to. If you'd like to assign it to a Asset, click 'Asset', then select the Asset you'd like to assign it to in the dropdown menu below.

Assign To: Option 2 - User
If you'd like to assign it to a User, click 'User', then select the user you'd like to assign it to in the dropdown menu below.

Assign To: Option 3 - Infrastructure Asset
If you'd like to assign it to a Infrastructure Asset, click 'Infrastructure Asset', then select the Infrastructure Asset you'd like to assign it to in the dropdown menu below.

Assign To: Option 4 - Equipment
If you'd like to assign it to a Equipment, click 'Equipment', then select the Equipment you'd like to assign it to in the dropdown menu below.

Click 'Save'
Once you've added a Tag reference and assigned it, click the 'Save' button.

Asset Tag Added
Your Asset Tag is now added, and you will be taken to the Asset Tag page.

Method 2: Adding directly from Equipment
Another method to add an Asset Tag is directly from the Equipment show page. To do this, click Stock & products, then click 'Equipment'.

Select Equipment
Next, click the Equipment you'd like to add an Asset Tag to

Scroll to 'Details'
Next, scroll down to the details section where the Asset Tags section is.
Step 13
Click 'Add'
Next, click the 'Add' button, then click 'Add Asset Tag'
Step 14
Fill in Tag Reference
Then, fill in the Asset Tag reference, and click save. That tag will now be saved to this equipment.
