How Task Sign Off works

What does Sign Off do?

In Teamleaf, Task Sign Off is used to progress a Task through departments. The departments your Task flows through can be customised depending on your workflow requirements, and means that your team can see the Tasks most relevant to them and their department(s).

How can I see the Task Department?

You can see which department a Task is currently on either by using the Department column on the Task List page

Or, by clicking on a Task page, and finding the department in the ‘Information’ section to the right of the page
