Deleting Shifts
There are two ways of deleting a Shift on Teamleaf, either via the Scheduler or via the Task Page. This video gives a tutorial of both methods, or follow the step-by-step instruction below
Option 1 – Using the Task Page
To delete a Shift via the task page, go to ‘Tasks’ on the left sidebar to go to the Task List, then click the Task with a Shift you’d like to delete.

Next, in the ‘Shifts & Work Bank’ section, click the Shift you’d like to delete

In the top right of the Shift page, click ‘Options’, then scroll to bottom of the dropdown, and click ‘Delete’

A popup will then appear asking you to confirm deletion. If you wish to proceed, click ‘I’m Sure’ in the bottom right

You will then be returned to the Task Page where the shift you just deleted will now be gone

Option 2 – Using the Scheduler
To delete a shift via the Scheduler, go to ‘Scheduler’ on the left sidebar, then navigate to the shift you’d like to delete. Click the Shift you’d like to delete, then click ‘View Day’ in the menu on the right

From here, follow the same process as you would from the Task Page, go to the Options menu, click ‘Delete’, then confirm the deletion.

You will then be returned to the Scheduler, where the shift you just deleted will now be gone
